Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability — just send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

All our properties use keyless, self-check-in via a smart lock. You'll receive a unique access code before your arrival, so there's no need to meet anyone or pick up keys. Detailed instructions are sent to you the day before check-in.

Parking availability varies by property. Some of our homes include a dedicated parking spot, while others are located in areas with plentiful street parking. Parking details are listed on each property's page. If you have questions, feel free to ask before booking.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our homes are pet-friendly, and we know furry friends are family! Please contact us before booking to confirm whether your specific property accepts pets and if any additional fees apply.

Our cancellation policy is outlined at the time of booking through our Lodgify platform. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to partial charges. Please review the policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Absolutely. Every property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay. Fresh linens, clean towels, and restocked essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) are provided for each new guest.

Yes! We welcome extended stays and often offer discounted rates for longer bookings (typically 28+ nights). If you're planning a longer stay, reach out to us directly and we'll work out a great deal for you.

Every L&B Realty Group property includes: high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker), premium linens and towels, air conditioning and heating, smart TV, and toiletry starter kit. Additional amenities like washer/dryer, parking, and outdoor space vary by property.
